Delivery

The purchased order will be fulfilled in the first-come-first-served priority. The packed mangos will be delivered to HK in the schedule below:

1st Batch: 24/7

2nd Batch: 5/8

3rd Batch: 13/8

4th Batch: End of August (TBC)

About Delivery:

• All products are freshly harvested at farm in Okinawa and delivered to Hong Kong by air-express.
• The delivery schedule would be changed, subject to the mango harvesting condition and international flight schedule amendment. We will keep customers informed of any circumstances.
• Please confirm the "estimated delivery period" (shown in red) specified in the product details.
  
• We will notify the customer exact delivery date once confirmed by email.
• All products are being shipped to the delivery address given by the customer via SF EXPRESS (cooling service) in Hong Kong.
• Please make sure the address is correct and deliverable.
• The transactions are non-refundable, except the products are found with diseased and ruined condition. Please take a photo and contact us via Whatsapp to arrange the settlement.
